Our client in the Architect Industry is looking for a Cad Designer/Drafter with a strong
Architectural background or someone looking to advance their Architect skillset! This is a reputable organization
located in the North Dallas area with national level clientele mainly in the Multi-Family sector.
Job Description:
- Drafting, code research, and zoning research
- Planning along with administering minor adjustments to complete working drawing sets
- Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation in quality control and best practices
- Participate in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues
- Contact municipal building departments and government officials for permits
- Plan, organize, and maintain multiple CAD files for multiple projects

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (preferred) or similar certification in a related field within the construction and building science industry
