Job Description
Our client in the logistics industry is looking for an effective HR Generalists that plays
a vital role in our clients operation’s structure. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills coupled
with a go getter attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Research and stay up to date on all trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new
- technologies in HR and employment law.
- Onboarding and Offboarding duties related to Human Resources.
- Benefit Administrator including enrollments, changes, etc.
- HRIS Administrator including changes, updates and inquiries.
- Create and routinely update HR related forms and documents.
- Update and maintain employee information and records through BambooHR.
- Maintain all physical files according to state and federal regulations.
- Assist with pulling data for yearly EEO-1 and ACA reporting.
- Assist HR Director with various compliance research and special projects.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related certification
- HR Experience including FMLA, Benefits, ACA and EEO-1 reporting
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic and positive attitude
