Our client in the logistics industry is looking for an effective Carrier Sales Representative that plays a vital role in our clients operation’s structure. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills coupled with a go getter attitude.

    Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, qualifying, and adding carriers to your network
  • Maintaining and developing close relationships with carriers through daily communication
  • Continually reviewing carriers’ capacity, to identify growth opportunities
  • Observing and applying knowledge of the freight market’s trends and seasons
  • Negotiating rates with your carrier network, through daily follow-up calls
  • Strategizing with your Account Executives and Management team to provide capacity solutions for current and prospective customers
  • Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of logistics experience (3PLpreferred)
